We accept payments through various methods, including credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), debit cards, online bank transfers, and bank deposit. However, we reserve the right to decline any payment method that we deem inappropriate. NOTE: Payment through cash will not be accepted on our platform. All online payments are processed through a secure payment gateway to ensure the safety of your personal and financial information. All local payments should be made in Trinidad and Tobago dollars (TTD) and international payments should be made in United Stated dollars (USD).
We understand that pricing can vary depending on several factors, including peak seasons, availability, demand, and operational costs. As a result, we reserve the right to determine the price of our services in different circumstances and in different currencies.
For all bookings, the full payment is due at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Failure to make full payment within the specified time may result in the cancellation of your booking.
a) You must fully pay for your reservation 24 hours before the start of the event. If cancellation is made within 24 hours before the start of the event, you will be charged 50% of your booking fee. For all no-shows, to refund will be issued.
b) Guests are responsible for reviewing and understanding our cancellation policy before confirming their booking.
c) Fees cannot be transferred to another tour, activity or accommodation.
In general, cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds may be issued in accordance with the terms of the cancellation policy.
If issued, refunds will be processed within 14 business days of cancellation.
a) We are not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during your stay if you did not follow our policies or for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
b) Guests are responsible for obtaining appropriate travel insurance and are encouraged to review the terms of our policy before booking.
c) By confirming a booking through Book Trinbago, you agree to our Guest Terms and any additional terms or conditions specified by Book Trinbago. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the cancellation of a booking and may result in additional fees or charges.
By agreeing to our booking policy, guests agree to pay a damage deposit if requested by us. The damage deposit is intended to cover any potential costs related to damages that may be incurred during an event. We reserve the right to request a damage deposit amount based on the unique circumstances of each booking.
