All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Guest and our Booking Partners, in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Guests and Booking Partner needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to prevailing law of Trinidad and Tobago. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
Guest Terms
Book Trinbago is committed to providing a seamless and enjoyable experience for all customers booking flights, hotels, vacation rentals, tours, activities, car rentals, and venues through our website. To ensure a smooth and hassle-free booking process, we have outlined the following Guest Terms and Conditions that apply to all bookings. These Guest Terms are in addition to our general Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy:
Scope of Agreement
This policy outlines the scope of the agreement between Book Trinbago and its customers. By accessing and using any of our services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.
Duration of Agreement
This agreement begins when a customer makes a booking on the Book Trinbago website and is valid for the duration of the booking or reservation period. The agreement ends when the customer completes the booked service. The duration of the agreement may vary depending on the type of service provided.
Service Provided
Book Trinbago provides its customers with an online platform that allows them to search, compare, and book travel and accommodation services in Trinidad and Tobago. Our services include but are not limited to:
1. Hotel Bookings: We search a wide range of hotels, guest houses, villas, resorts to help guests find and book the best accommodation for their needs.
2. Flight Bookings: Our certified travel agents will search for flights tailored specifically to your needs, providing a range of options for you to compare and choose the most suitable one for your travel plans.
We strongly recommend double-checking all details at the time of booking and reviewing the terms and conditions provided by the airline or travel service provider. This will help ensure a smooth experience and avoid any potential misunderstandings.
3. Tour Packages: We offer a range of tour packages that allow customers to explore the culture, history, and natural beauty of Trinidad and Tobago.
4. Activity Bookings: We offer multiple activities that customers can be a part of and enjoy.
Applicable Fees

The fees charged by the company and our Booking Partners shall be inclusive of all taxes, surcharges, and other fees levied by the government or any other authority except for the fees issued to the payment merchant. These fees are determined by our Booking Partners and are not controlled by the Company.
Amendment to agreement
Book Trinbago reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time without prior notice to customers. Any changes to this agreement will be reflected on the Company’s website. Customers are responsible for reviewing this policy regularly to ensure they are aware of any changes.
Termination of agreement
This agreement may be terminated by either the customer or the Company at any time for any reason. Upon termination, any bookings made through the platform will be subject to the cancellation policies of our Booking Partners. By using Book Trinbago’s online booking services, customers agree to the terms outlined in this Scope of Agreement policy.
Booking Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our Booking Partners. Once a booking is confirmed, the customer will receive a confirmation email with the booking details and payment receipt. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify all details and notify Book Trinbago or its Partners immediately if any errors or discrepancies are found.
Payment Terms
Book Trinbago is committed to providing our customers with a seamless and convenient payment process. This Payment Term Policy outlines the payment terms for all purchases made through our website.
Payment Method
We accept payments through various methods, including credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), debit cards, online bank transfers, bank deposit, and PayPal. However, we reserve the right to decline any payment method that we deem inappropriate. NOTE: Payment through cash will not be accepted on our platform. All online payments are processed through a secure payment gateway to ensure the safety of your personal and financial information. All local payments should be made in Trinidad and Tobago dollars (TTD) and international payments should be made in United Stated dollars (USD).
Payment Due Date
For all tour and activity bookings, the full payment is due at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
All flight bookings must be paid in full at the specified time given.
If possible, our travel agents can provide you with options to make partial payments leading up to the due date to help make your travel more manageable. However, it is important to note that opting for a payment plan does not guarantee that the prices of the flights will remain the same.
Due to the nature of the airline industry, flight prices can fluctuate based on various factors such as demand, availability, and time until departure. Therefore, we recommend completing your payment as soon as possible to secure the current price quoted at the time of booking.
Failure to make full payment by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking.
Book Trinbago and its Partners reserves the right to modify the payment due date policy for certain bookings based on specific circumstances. In such cases, customers will be notified of the changes.
Late Fees
To avoid late fees, please review the booking policies of our Partners before proceeding with payment. If payment is not received within the specified time, a late fee may be imposed, or your reservation may be cancelled by our Booking Partners. We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and if customers are unable to make payment on time, we encourage them to contact us as soon as possible. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to our payment terms. If you have any questions or concerns regarding payment, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Conclusion

Cancellation Policy
a) Cancellation policies vary by our Booking Partners and are clearly stated at the time of booking. Please refer to the specific cancellation policy for your booking type on the Book Trinbago website or app.
b) Guests are responsible for reviewing and understanding the cancellation policy of our Booking Partners before confirming their booking.
c) Book Trinbago is not responsible for any fees or charges incurred due to a cancellation.
In general, cancellations made within a certain timeframe may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds may be issued in accordance with the terms of the cancellation policy.
If issued, refunds will be processed within 14 business days of cancellation.
Liability
Book Trinbago acts only as an intermediary between you and our Booking Partners.
a) Book Trinbago is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during a guest’s stay or rental.
b) Guests are responsible for obtaining appropriate travel insurance and are encouraged to review the terms of their policy before booking.
c) Book Trinbago is not responsible for any delays or disruptions caused by Service Providers, including airlines, accommodations, tours, activities and car rental agencies. By confirming a booking through Book Trinbago, guests agree to these Guest Terms and any additional terms or conditions specified by our Booking Partners. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the cancellation of a booking and may result in additional fees or charges.
If any damage or loss occurs to our Booking Partners property, please notify our Booking Partner immediately. They will assess the damage and work with you to resolve the issue. If the damage is beyond normal wear and tear, you may be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement.
Damage Deposit
By agreeing to our booking policy, guests agree to pay a damage deposit when requested by us or our Booking Partners. The damage deposit is intended to cover any potential costs related to damages that may be incurred during a stay. We reserve the right to request a damage deposit amount based on the unique circumstances of each booking.
The damage deposit must be paid before or on arrival. In some cases, it may also be collected upon departure. If there is no damage to the property, the damage deposit will be refunded in full. If damages are incurred during a stay, the Guest/s will be held liable.
We understand that accidental damage can occur, and we want to ensure that our Booking Partners are adequately compensated for these occurrences.
Guests General Terms
In general, we ask that all guests adhere to the following terms and conditions:
- All guests must be 18 years of age or older to create a booking on Book Trinbago’s platform.
- All guests must present valid identification upon entry of accommodations, venue, tour, activities, car rental once requested by our Booking Partners.
- All guests must adhere to the dress code outlined in our Booking Partner’s policies.
- All guests must respect the property and its staff at all times.
- All guests must refrain from bringing any weapons, illegal substances, or other prohibited items into our Booking Partner properties or events such as tours, activities etc.
- All guests must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Trinidad and Tobago.
- All guests must respect the rights of other guests and refrain from any disruptive behavior.
- All guests must refrain from taking any photographs or videos without the express permission of our Booking Partners.
- All guests must refrain from smoking or consuming alcohol in any areas of our Booking Partner’s property that are not designated for such activities.
- All guests must leave our Booking Partner’s property by the designated check out/closing time.
Dispute Resolution
These Guest Terms are governed by the laws of Trinidad and Tobago. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Trinidad and Tobago. By making a booking through Book Trinbago, you agree to these Guest Terms and the terms and conditions of our Booking Partners. Partner Terms
Effective Date: March 12th, 2023
Introduction
Book Trinbago is a platform that connects guests with Booking Partners who offer various travel-related services, including flight booking, hotel booking, tour booking, activity booking and vacation rental booking. This Partner Terms policy outlines the additional terms and conditions that apply to Partners who use our platform to offer their services to guests/customers. By using our platform as a Partner, you agree to comply with this Policy, our Terms of Service, and any other applicable policies and guidelines. We reserve the right to modify or update this Policy at any time, and we will notify you of any changes by updating the Effective Date above.
Service Standard
As a Booking Partner on our platform, you agree to provide high-quality services to guests/customers, ensure that you have the legal right to offer the services you are listing on Book Trinbago and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Trinidad and Tobago. Specifically, you agree to:
1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date information about your services, including availability, pricing, and descriptions.
2. Respond promptly to guest inquiries and booking requests.
3. Provide guests with clear and complete information about your services, including any restrictions, requirements, or limitations.
4. Deliver your services as advertised and agreed upon with guests.
5. Ensure that your services comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including health and safety standards.
6. Treat guests with respect and professionalism at all times.
Partners are responsible for ensuring that their services meet the standards set by Book Trinbago. Any complaints or issues raised by customers, of false and misleading information will be addressed by our team, and Partners may be suspended or removed from our platform if they consistently fail to meet our service standards.
Booking and Payment Acceptance
When a guest books your services through our platform, we will notify you of the booking details in your account Dashboard and via email and provide you with the guest’s contact information. You agree to:
1. Accept or decline booking requests promptly and in accordance with your availability.
2. Fulfill all bookings that you accept, unless there are extenuating circumstances that prevent you from doing so.
3. Charge guests the agreed-upon price for your services, as indicated on our platform.
4. Provide guests with any necessary instructions or information regarding payment, cancellation, or refund policies.
5. Accept payment through our platform and comply with our payment processing policies.
Book Trinbago will handle all payments for your Services through the Platform. You agree to receive payment for your Services through Book Trinbago’s payment processing system, and you acknowledge that Book Trinbago may deduct certain fees from your payments. You also agree to comply with Book Trinbago’s payment policies, including any requirements for providing accurate and complete payment information.
Conversion Rate Payment
Effective immediately (September 1st, 2023)
All payments received in USD will be converted to TTD using the prevailing exchange rate of the day that the booking was made, regardless of any fluctuations that may occur on subsequent days.
This policy ensures transparency and consistency in our payment procedures, allowing for a fair and predictable conversion rate for both our customers and booking partners. By using the conversion rate of the day of booking, we aim to eliminate any uncertainty caused by currency fluctuations.
To illustrate this policy, let us consider an example: If a customer makes a booking on July 1st and pays $100 USD, the payment will be converted to TTD using the exchange rate for July 1st. Even if the exchange rate changes on July 2nd or any other day, when paying Booking Partners, the conversion rate applied will remain the same as when the booking was made.
Booking Partners Withdrawal
1. Booking Partners are eligible to request a withdrawal of funds once per month (on or between the 1st and 5th of the month).
2. Withdrawals must be greater than or equal to $10 USD.
3. Withdrawals are issued on the 20th of each month for the previous month.
4. Any payments not yet received by customers before the 5th of the month can be issued on the following month’s withdrawal.
5. Booking Partners must have a valid payment method on file in order to receive their commission.
6. Booking Partners are responsible for any fees associated with the withdrawal.
7. The funds will be disbursed to the registered bank account associated with the Booking Partner’s Book Trinbago’s account.
8. Booking Partners must ensure all contact information associated with their account is up to date in order to continue receiving payment.
9. Booking Partners must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations related to receiving funds.
Cancellation and Refund
In the event that you need to cancel a booking, or a guest cancels a booking that you have accepted, you agree to:
1. Notify the guest and us promptly of the cancellation.
2. Refund any applicable fees or charges to the guest according to our policies.
3. Comply with any applicable cancellation or refund policies as agreed upon with the guest.
Partners must have a clear and fair cancellation policy for their services, which must be communicated to customers at the time of booking. Any changes to the cancellation policy must be communicated to customers in a timely manner and updated on Book Trinbago’s platform.
Book Trinbago’s Listing Policy
At Book Trinbago, we strive to provide a safe and trustworthy platform for our users to list and book a variety of services, rentals, events, and classifieds. To maintain the integrity of our marketplace, we have established the following policy:
Listing Types:
1. Service: This category includes professional services, workshops, consultations, and other skill-based offerings.
2. Rent: Users can list properties, rooms, or other assets available for short-term or long-term rental.
3. Event: This section covers concerts, festivals, conferences, and other ticketed experiences.
4. Classifieds: Users can post ads for the sale of goods, job opportunities, or other miscellaneous listings.

3. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding advertising and marketing.
4. Respect the intellectual property rights of others and not infringe upon any trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property.
5. Maintain open and honest communication with guest/customers, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner and providing any necessary assistance during the booking process.
Termination of Listing
Book Trinbago reserves the right to remove or terminate any listings that violate our policies or terms of service.
Communication
Hosts and guests must communicate with each other through the Book Trinbago platform for all booking-related matters. Any attempt to communicate outside of the platform may result in cancellation of the booking. Book Trinbago is not responsible for any disputes or conflicts that may arise between hosts and guests. However, we encourage both parties to communicate openly and professionally to resolve any issues.
Liability
You are solely responsible for the Services that you offer through the Platform, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Book Trinbago Services from any claims or damages arising out of your provision of the services. You also acknowledge that Book Trinbago is not liable for any losses or damages that may result from a user’s use of your Services.
Modifications
Book Trinbago reserves the right to modify these Partner Terms at any time. If we make material changes to the Partner Terms, we will notify you in advance. Your continued use of the Platform after any modifications to the Partner Terms indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.

By offering services and using our platform as a Booking Partner, you acknowledge and agree to comply with this Partner Terms policy and all other applicable policies and guidelines.
