Rental Policy: Bike Rentals at The Bike Hub

At The Bike Hub, we offer bike rentals for your convenience and enjoyment. Please take note of the following policy guidelines to ensure a smooth and enjoyable rental experience:

1. Rental Hours: Bike rentals are available every day from 6AM to 6PM.

2. Rental Rates: The rental rates for our bikes are as follows:

– $100TTD for the first hour (This initial booking fee can be booked using the booking form. Please print the booking confirmation to be used as proof of booking.)

– $30TTD for every additional hour or part thereof per bike (To be paid physically at our facility.

3. Photo ID Requirement: To process your rental, we require one form of photo ID per person. This helps us maintain the security and integrity of our rental service.

4. Caution Fee: A caution fee of $100TTD is required upon rental. This fee is fully refundable upon the return of the bikes in the same condition they were rented.

5. Helmet Provision: Helmets are provided with all bike rentals at The Bike Hub. Your safety is our priority, and we strongly encourage wearing helmets during your ride.

6. Reservation Requirement: To ensure availability, we kindly request that you reserve your bikes at least one hour in advance. This allows us to prepare and allocate the bikes for your rental period.

NOTE: Guests are required to sign a waiver and present a photo of a national form of ID during the rental period.

–Warning: Anyone who is pregnant, physically challenged, or suffering from a heart condition is not encouraged to participate in this tour. Every participant of this tour must sign a waiver.
